We're excited to introduce a Winter Match Play Tournament for adult members at Lanark Tennis Club.

Running from 5th October 2026 to 28th February 2027, this is your chance to stay active, competitive and connected over the colder months - and have a bit of fun along the way!

Key Info:

The tournament for each will event will run from October 12th 2026 - February 28th 2027 (dates TBC)

Players will be allocated into box leagues for SINGLES matches.

Matches will need to be played by given dates, so we recommend that you take advantage of any spells of better weather.

By entering you are committing to playing all your matches.

Winners of the match will be awarded 3 points and a loss 1 point.

Participants will be responsible for entering their own scores on the sheets pinned up in the clubhouse.

Participants must provide their own balls.

Matches will be the best of 3 sets with sudden death played at deuce

Tie breaks are to 7 points in set 1 and 2 and 10 points if a 3rd set is played.
